Kate McCarthy

Head of Business Operations

Kate joined the Phoenix as a Duty Manager when it reopened in 2010, following a career in theatre management and directing. Her favourite films are The Princess Bride, The Birds and Logan’s Run.


Jelena Milosavljevic

Head of Programming and Community

Jelena organises all the Education work the Phoenix does, including arranging holiday workshops for young people, school visits, heritage tours and outreach work. Her favourite films are Hidden, The White Ribbon and Melancholia.


Danielle Andre

Marketing Officer

Danielle's favourite films are The Lords of the Rings Trilogy, The Rocky Horror Picture Show and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.

Richard has worked for the Phoenix since 1999.

Paul Stanley

Archive Projectionist

Paul started as the relief projectionist in June 1979, initially hired to “help out for a few weeks”. When not working at the Phoenix, Paul is involved in film archiving and other film activities. His favourite films include Dumbo, Dr. Strangelove and Tea With Mussolini.


Jamie Palmer

Projectionist

When not at the cinema, Jamie works as an independent film-maker, screenwriter and editor.
